Curried sausages are a long-standing favourite in many households. I have had many variations over the years but this definitely has to be one of my favourites.

Curried sausages are a long-standing favourite in many households. I have had many variations over the years but this definitely has to be one of my favourites.
This recipe serves 4-6 people and in many cases will leave you wanting more!
DURATION: 45 - 50 MINS
PRE-HEAT OVEN: 180 Degrees
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
3 tbsp vegetable / coconut oil
8 - 10 beef sausages
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp Centuries Ahead Curry Powder. (Mild or Hot)
1 tbsp Plain Flour
500ml / 2 cups chicken stock
1 large apple. Remove core and cut into slices
¼ cup Sultanas
2 tbsp Cream
¼ cup chopped Coriander (suggested)

PREPARATION & INSTRUCTIONS

2. Slice sausages into thirds and place them into a baking dish



8. Remove from oven and stand for an additional five minutes
Serve over a bed of rice or creamy mashed potatoes with green beans.
